Family Sessions

Family sessions last about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Our studio family sessions can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 kids or 2 adults and 5 kids. For larger groups we recommend shooting outdoors. Family pictures include group shots, individual shots, just the kids and just the parents to get a little variety. Up to 1 outfit change.

Maternity Sessions

Maternity sessions last about 1 hour and we allow up to 3 outfit changes. We provide wraps and different fabric for the shoot but you are welcome to bring some nice lingerie, cute jeans and crop top, or your own outfit to make your session unique. The best time to do your shoot is between 29 to 36 weeks so that your belly is nice and round and shows in the photos. We have a makeup artist and hair stylist available by appointment if you wish to use those services. It’s best to book your session 2 weeks to 1 month in advance. You can include your husband and children in the session at no extra cost. Don’t be shy about stretch marks or scars because we do Photoshop those out!

Newborn Sessions

Newborn Sessions last about 1-3 hours. The best time to bring your newborn in is within the 5-10 day window, this is the time when they are sleeping most of the time and we can achieve those cute little poses. We provide the props and wraps but you are welcome to bring anything you would like to incorporate in the shoot. (Crochet outfits, hats, headbands, etc.) Newborns from 3- 14 days only! Please include your baby’s gender on the notes when scheduling your appointment.

Children Sessions

Children Sessions last about 1 hour to 1.5 hours. We have outfits for baby’s up to 4 months but we still recommend you bring your children’s outfits. For these session we can do up to 3 outfit changes, you can let us know ahead of time the colors you’ll be bringing so we can have an idea of what backdrops to use. Bring anything that catches your baby’s attention and brings out the smiles! Children 4 months and up only, recommended once your baby can sit on his/ her own.

Cake Smash Sessions

Cake Smash Sessions last about 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. The session price includes the cake and decorations. If you cancel or reschedule this session after the cake is ordered you will have to pay another deposit because we will incur another cost. At the beginning of this session you can bring a nice outfit to take pictures prior to the cake smash. Also bring an outfit your child can get dirty in, i.e. diaper cover, bow tie and hat or tutu and headband. If you request a mini bath prior to your session we can also make that happen, we provide the soap and towels. We’ll also get pictures of your baby in our mini tub.

Timelines

It is very important that you please arrive on time. If something comes up please let us know ahead of time so we are not waiting for you to show up. We have other sessions and will need to make your session shorter in order to make it to our next shoot. For outdoor sessions, if you do not show up within 30 minutes we will leave and you will forfeit your deposit, if you choose to reschedule another deposit will apply. Also, please do not come in too early, sometimes all we have is 10-20 minutes to eat or get a snack in between sessions. Thank you for your cooperation!

Editing Time

We take 2 weeks to finish your gallery that you will choose your pictures from. We will notify you as soon as the pictures are ready to view. The session includes 10 or 15 edited images on a CD with printing rights (depending on the type of session you choose_. Additional photos are $10 each. You can pay the balance for additional photos through PayPal or in person when you pick up your CD.

Delivery

You may choose to pick up or have your CD mailed to you.

Where to Print

You can take your CD anywhere to get prints done, if you need a print release form we can email that to you right away. We also have professional quality prints available for purchase on our website that can be accessed through your gallery by clicking the shopping cart on the desired photos.
